Developed by Essex Councils, Fire + Rescue, Police and software security company Vigilant Applications. VIPER is designed to assist with the evacuation and safe-guarding of vulnerable persons by Ground Teams during major incidents such as coastal flooding.
Please only install this application if you are assisting with VIPER incident and are part of a Ground Team operation. Even then, please only install if you have instructed to by an official Ground Team Leader. You will be required to allow this app to track your location, this is so ground teams can track the operation and keep volunteers safe.
You will need to know your teams join code, sign-in using your existing Apple/iCloud account and permit this app to track your location to gain access. Please visit the support and privacy pages for more information.
